Police Gives Update On NDLEA Official Who Killed 2-Year Old Boy In Delta | READ DETAILS
The Delta State Police Command has said that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) official who allegedly killed a two-year-old boy, Ivan Omhonrina, in the state is in their custody.
ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER (AFNEWS) had reported that on July 13, 2023, a stray bullet from a yet to be identified NDLEA official hit and killed Omhonrina while his elder brother was hospitalized.

The incident occured at Okpanam in the Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State during a raid by NDLEA officials on suspected illegal drug dealers in the area.

Speaking to newsmen in Asaba on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, the state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, said the suspect has already been arrested by the police and will be charged to court after an ongoing investigation.
Edafe however, did not reveal the identity of the arrested suspect.

"The suspect who allegedly killed the two-year-old boy a few weeks ago is in our custody. The investigation is almost completed and he will be charged to court,ÔÇØ he said.
