President Muhammadu Buhari, will on Thursday noon, October 7, 2021, present the 2022 budget to the National Assembly.

According to a press release signed by Ezrel Tabiowo, Special Assistant (Press), to the senate President Ahmed Lawan, the presentation will be made during a joint session of both chambers.

A notice for the budget presentation was made known in a letter by Buhari, dated October 5, 2021, and read during plenary on Wednesday, by the Senate President.
The letter titled "Presentation of 2022 Appropriation BillÔÇØ, read:
