PRESTIGE OSSY LAUNCHES BIGGEST 5 DAYS FREE MEDICAL PROGRAMME IN ABA

In continuation with his service to the people of Aba North/South Federal Constituency and in the spirit of appreciation for votes during the 2019 election, Honorable Prestige Ossy has launched another massive free health programme in conjunction with an Ireland based health agency called Global Mission Ireland.

The free medical programme which is manned by 15 foreign medical experts from Ireland and 10 Nigerian Medical Volunteers has already attended to more than 1000 persons in the first 2 days of the 5 days health programme.

Abia Facts News also gathered that the scope of the free medical programme is numerous with surgery not exempted. As at the moment, about 32 surgery cases have started receiving attention by the foreign medical doctors available.

When Abia Facts News interacted with the Medical Director of Global Mission Ireland, Ann Ebere Anaba, she explained that their mission to Nigeria started in 2017 and that they have attended to over 2000 Abians and Nigerians since their Mission started.

She went further to explain that their target is basically to help sick people in Abia State and affect peoples live positively.

While speaking to Honorable Prestige Ossy, the visibly happy representative exposed that free medical programme is a continuation of his service to the people of Aba North/ South and Abians in general.

He explained that his free medical programme did not start today and that it is always funded from his private pocket.

The honorable member also stated that he is satisfied with the level of work the medical team are putting in and that everyone that come around will get required treatment.
