PROCLAMATION OF THE SEVENTH ABIA STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY

The Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu, PhD has dissolved the Sixth Abia State House of Assembly, effective from the 7th of June 2019.

The Governor has also issued a PROCLAMATION, as appropriate, for the holding of the First Session of the Seventh Abia State House of Assembly on Monday, 10th June, 2019.

Governor Ikpeazu acted pursuant to the powers bestowed upon him by Section 105, Subsection 3 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, as amended and all powers enabling him in that behalf.
