Psychiatric Patients On The Run As Hoodlums Raid Hospital In Calabar [VIDEO]

Mentally ill patients have reportedly escaped from a psychiatric hospital in Calabar, Cross River State, following a raid by hoodlums who carted away with office equipment and mattresses.
