In creating this reaction, we want to reemphasize that Prof Gregory Ibe's mission in politics is to add value to society by leveraging his divinely endowed abilities, competencies, resources, cognate corporate experience and global exposure to redeem Abia from her current state of massive and offensive degradation, depreciation and dilapidation, occasioned by the shabby performance of a clueless governor, whose infamous tenure continues to disdain God's Own State by making her a disgraceful byword among the comity of states.

Subsequently, in prosecuting this divine mission, he has chosen the path of honor, candor and decency by championing the cause of issue-based politicking, devoid of lies, treachery, name calling and cheap propaganda. This noble trajectory he has continued to traverse while focusing his gaze on issues that could change the bitter narratives currently making Abia to trend for the wrong reasons.

Therefore, before going into the business of puncturing the glaring lies that populate the originating hogwash necessitating this response, with verifiable facts and figures, it is pertinent to point out to the governor and his co travelers in this tragic voyage of shame, that no individual is endowed with absolute monopoly or exclusive mastery of propaganda tools, while it is common street knowledge that in the eye of the law it is not a given that the litigant must win every case he brings to court. Note that Prof Ibe's silence thus far is not out of weakness or lack of the requisite arsenal to launch offensive attacks deploying available warships but simply because of his noble political culture that is people oriented and not self-opinionated. But enough is enough! Going forward, every slanderous propaganda from any political opponent will henceforth attract adequate media whiplash and appropriate legal reaction.

Having therefore perused the content of the highly provocative Abia state government sponsored article captioned," REVEALED: HOW SENATOR T.A ORJI AND GREG IBE JOINTLY OWN GREGORY UNIVERSITY UTURU", and desirous of setting the records straight, we hereby state as follows;

That contrary to the erroneous speculations contained in the referred article, the vision of establishing Gregory University Uturu was birthed out of a burden SOLELY borne by Prof Ibe way before the mentioned year,2011, physical construction of which he commenced in 2009.

That from inception there was absolutely no need to search for land elsewhere to build Gregory University since part of the reason for establishing the institution was to leverage her prime domiciliation in Prof Ibe's native Amokwe Achara Uturu to drive the needed urbanization of the area.

That before catching the vision of Gregory University Uturu in 2009 Prof Ibe had already been heavily divinely enriched by God through his participation in the construction of such legacy projects as Abia State University Uturu, Imo Airport, the Federal Secretariat Complex Abuja, just to mention but a few.

That having been blessed with the testimony of emerging a young billionaire at a very youthful age through divine assistance and dint of hard work that saw him deploying diligent labor in such conglomerates as IGIC Ltd, Dizengoff(WA), Hamitle Holding Inc., Skill 'G' Ltd., consultancy to the World Bank, United Nations, ECOWAS and many federal government MDAs, he didn't need to borrow money from anyone at all, talk less his younger brother, upcoming Dr Uche Ogah, who then recently resigned his position as an officer of Zenith bank to commence a business line.

That it is a fallacious fabrication to suggest that Dr Uche Ogah introduced Prof Ibe to Senator Orji in 2011 since in actual fact the two had known themselves from 2000 when as Chief of Staff to Governor Kalu Senator Orji over sighted the construction of Abia State University Teaching Hospital Aba, which was then being handled by Prof Ibe through his company Skill 'G' Ltd.

That since according to records from the Debt Management Office Abia State government had a domestic debt profile of #23.5B in 2011 while being in arrears of many months' salary, pension and gratuity payments to Abia workers and equally owing an outstanding balance of #160M to Skill 'G' Ltd. for the Abia State University Teaching Hospital Aba project, it is absolutely laughable to postulate that she could be in a position to loan #2B to a multi billionaire of Prof Ibe's standing.

That without sounding immodest, none of the dramatic personae mentioned in the satanic verse under review can match Prof Ibe financially when genuine wealth acquisition is the topic, since his track record of gradual but steady multiplication of business enterprises across globe is in the public domain, leading to the recent achievement of having one of his subsidiaries quoted in New York Stock Exchange.

To put this matter to rest once and for all, we challenge anyone with contrary information about the ownership of Gregory University Uturu, including Senator Theodore Orji, Dr Uche Ogah and Dr Philip Nto, who were mentioned in the libelous publication, to stop the childish hide and seek game by coming forward with such claims to enable proper commencement of legal fireworks.
