See when All Nigerian Schools to Officially Reopen - FG

The Federal Government has announced Monday, July 20, 2020, as the official resumption date for Nigerian Universities, Polytechnics and other schools.

This was made known by the Secretary to Government of the Federation and Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, Boss Mustapha.

The PTF Chairman assured the general public and raised their hopes when he disclosed that President Muhammadu Buhari will open up all financial institutions, Nigerian schools and also spiritual houses after the second stage of the lockdown which is expected to end July 13.

In view of this, the Federal Ministry of Education has said it will release a statement tomorrow, while stressing that all 104 unity schools across Nigeria are to remain closed effective March 26.

It would be recalled that schools were also closed down to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Nigeria
