In a heartfelt appeal to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyasọ, popularly known as Ofuji Ndi Igbo, has called for urgent intervention in the ongoing trial of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

Speaking from his vantage as a young Igbo man deeply connected to the pulse of the region, Ofuji described the situation surrounding Kanu as "beyond politics,ÔÇØ emphasizing the profound emotional toll it has inflicted on families and youths across the South East.

Ofuji's message to the President was both respectful and urgent: he called for fairness, understanding, and a political solution to alleviate growing insecurity and restore hope among young people and families living in fear.
