Sunday Igboho Speaks after the fire incident at his residence; blames suspected arsonists (READ DETAILS)

A youth leader, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Igboho has reacted to the fire that destroyed parts of his house in Ibadan. The house located in Soka area of Ibadan, the Oyo state capital, was said to have suddenly gone up in flames between 2am and 3am on Tuesday, January 26.

Sunday Igboho believes the fire incident at his residence was planned by some people.

Igboho in a tweet confirmed that his property was indeed razed down. The activist who shared pictures of the damaged building blamed suspected arsonists for the incident.

"My house at Soka Ibadan razed down by suspected arsonists."
However, at the time of publishing this report, Afnews learned that neither the fire service nor the police had made any statement about the cause of the fire.

Igboho has been in the news recently after he issued an eviction notice to herdsmen in Ibarapa area of Oyo State. He recently declared that he will soon visit all the southwest states to issue quit notices to Fulani herdsmen. Igboho warned Fulani herdsmen to keep off the southwest zone saying, enough is enough on the killing of Yoruba people.
