AFCON: Super Eagles Arrive Cameroon Amidst Uncertainty | READ DETAILS

The Super Eagles squad have arrived in Cameroon ahead of the highly anticipated Africa Cup of Nations(AFCON) football fiesta.

The star studded team and other officials arrived in Garoua, Cameroon from Abuja via a chartered flight in the early hours of today, Thursday, the 6th of January 2021.

The Nigerian national football team will open their campaign in high fashion in a game against The Pharaohs, the Egyptian national team on Sunday the 11th of January by 4pm at the Roumde Adjia stadium, Garoua.

The highly decorated team, however did not arrive in Cameroon with a full house as Captain, Ahmed Musa is expected to join after he was given permission to leave camp to grieve over the loss of a loved one and the arrival of Al-Shabab striker, Odion Ighalo is still shrouded in uncertainty.
