AFCON 2021: Super Eagles' friendly match ahead of Egypt clash confirmed
Nigeria will play Cameroonian top-flight champions, Coton Sport in a friendly match on Friday.
The game will take place on the practice pitch of Roumde Adjia Stadium behind closed doors, Goal reports.

There has been a lot of criticism of the Super Eagles' preparations for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
From the team announcement to camping, there has been a perceived laxity as the three-time African champions seek to improve on their third-place finish at the last edition.

Players and coaches have already arrived in Garoua ahead of the tournament, yet to play a single warm-up game.

Nigeria's first AFCON group game will be against favourites Egypt next Tuesday at the Roumde Adjia Stadium.

They will then play Sudan and Guinea-Bissau on January 15 and January 19, respectively.
