BREAKING: Supreme Court Reserves Judgment On Binani's Appeal Against Gov. Fintiri
The Supreme Court of Justice has reserved judgement in the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC)'s, 2023 governorship candidate in Adamawa State, Aisha Dahiru, popularly known as Binani, against governor Ahmadu Fintiri.
The five-member panel of the Supreme Court led by Justice John Okoro after listening to the arguments of the affected parties on Monday, January 29, reserved judgement to a date which would be communicated later.

Recall that the governorship election petition tribunal in the state had dismissed Binani's petition challenging the declaration of Finitiri as winner of the governorship election.
