The Chief Liaison Officer, Abia State Liaison Office, Abuja, Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, has applauded Governor Alex Otti for what he described as a historic infrastructural rebirth in Abia State, as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) visits to commission landmark projects including the long-awaited Port Harcourt Road, Aba.

Speaking ahead of the President's visit, Hon. Chinasa praised Governor Otti's vision and commitment to transforming Abia through people-focused projects that directly impact economic growth, trade, and mobility. He stressed that the reconstruction of Port Harcourt Road remains a turning point for Aba, a commercial hub that has suffered decades of neglect, infrastructural decay, and economic setbacks.
