TopFlyers Magazine International Thanks Guests, Awardees For Honouring Excellence Award

The Management and Organizing Committee of the annual TopFlyers Magazine International Award have thanked invited guests and awardees who graced the Magazine's annual award ceremony that held at Sheraton Abuja Hotel on Saturday, 27th August.

The star-studded event attracted dignitaries from all works of life. Addressing the press in Abuja on Monday, the CEO of Pysmaco Ltd, Publisher of TopFlyers Magazine International, Musa Yahaya, said he was overwhelmed by the large turnout of people at the event.

Musa said TopFlyers Magazine had been telling stories of hardworking Africans and Nigerians who have excelled in their careers and have become topflyers in a society with so many hurdles for one to become successful.

He said the idea of the award was to recognize and honour those topFlyers, to spur them to do more for their society and encourage others. He said the selection Committee did a thorough job to come up with the list of awardees, who, he said, merited the award.

Mr Musa thanked all those who made out time to attend the event and/or contributed in one way or the other to make the event a success. He said he looked forward to partnering with interested individuals and groups for the 11th edition of the award and the subsequent editions.

Highlights of the event included awards presentation to the recipients and launching of the Special Edition of the TopFlyers Magazine International.

Those who received awards in different categories included Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State (Performing Governor of the year); Actress Regina Daniels (Most Influential Female Personality Of The Year); NSCDC Boss, Ahmed Abubakar Audi (Excellence In Public Service Award); Ordinary President Ahmed Isah, of Brekete Family (Man Of The Year); Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, RT. Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori (Most Outstanding House Of Assembly Speaker Of The Year); Dozy Mmobuosi (Human Icon And Humanity Service Crusader Award); Senator Philip T. Aduda (Most Outstanding Senator Of The Year); Chief Vincent Odo Okoko (Estate Developer Of The Year), and Hon. Anthony Emeka Elekeokwuri (Outstanding House Of Assembly Member of the year).

Others are Dr. Gabriel Ogbechie (CEO of the Year); High Chief Michael Diji (Integrity In Financial Services And Business Operations); Dr. Michael Nwoko (Most Effective Government Appointee Of The Year); Hon. Innocent Esewezie (Best Performing Local Government Chairman of the Year); Sabastine Enechi (Young Entrepreneur of the Year); HRM Richard Oghenevwogaga (Community Peace Icon Of The Year); Akponine Samuel Tega (Youth Voice Advocate of the year); Napoleon Saviour (Interior Decorator of the year); Niyi Busari (Sport Journalist of the Year); Hon. Obekpa Anthony (Most Outstanding Architect of the Year); Hon. Christian Umogbai (Most Outstanding Civil Servant of the year), and Sheraton Abuja Hotel (Hotel of The Year).
