A yet to be identified Ghanaian woman died in an accident while allegedly speeding to catch her 'cheating' husband.

According to a Ghanian journalist, Mabel Aku Banesseh, the deceased was involved in a ghastly motor accident after been informed that her husband had been seen with a strange woman.

The deceased, met her untimely death as she rushed off to catch her husband in the act.
