BREAKING: Tribunal Dismisses Omo Agege's Suit, Upholds Delta Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori's Victory
The Delta State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, has struck out the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege's petition challenging the election of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The tribunal on Friday, struck out Omo-Agege's petition for lacking merit.

the petitioners failed to prove allegations of non-compliance with the Electoral Act, and corrupt practices beyond a reasonable doubt. The tribunal therefore, upheld Oborevwori as the winner of the March 18, 2023 governorship election in the state.
