The Abia State Diaspora Commission (ADCOM) has joined millions of Abians at home and abroad to celebrate what it describes as two years of visionary, reform-driven leadership by Governor Alex Chioma Otti, OFR.

In a powerful and emotionally resonant congratulatory message signed by Rev. Amb. Dr. Annie N. Onu, the Executive Secretary of ADCOM, the commission praised the governor's commitment to rebuilding the state, restoring pride among citizens, and attracting global confidence in Abia's governance.
