United Abia Artists and Patriots (UAAP) Celebrates Governor Otti on His 60th Birthday, Commends His Transformational Leadership

The United Abia Artists and Patriots Forum (UAAP) has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, hailing his leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment to the transformation of Abia State.

In a congratulatory message jointly signed by the President of UAAP, Amb. Dr. Osita Offor, popularly known as "De Ultimate Commander," and the Secretary-General, Comrade Emenike Iroegbu, the forum expressed deep appreciation for the governor's strides in repositioning the state for greatness.

"Governor Otti has embarked on massive road rehabilitation projects, including the long-abandoned Port Harcourt Road in Aba, which was previously a nightmare for businesses and residents. The forum further acknowledged the governor's ongoing civil service reforms, which have ensured prompt payment of workers' salaries and pensions.
