Uche Ogah Celebrates Otti at 61, Describes His Leadership as Catalyst for Abia's Renaissance

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress and former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Uche Ogah, has felicitated with the Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, on the occasion of his 61st birthday, describing his leadership as a catalyst for Abia's ongoing renaissance.
