Uche Ogah Hails Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu at 54, Describes Him as a Pillar of Legislative Excellence

A former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah (PhD, CON, FCA), has extended warm birthday wishes to the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, as he marked his 54th birthday.
