Ude Oko Chukwu Hails Otti's Leadership, Extends New Month Greetings to Abians

As Abians step into the new month of November 2025, former Deputy Governor of Abia State, Rt. Hon. Sir Ude Oko Chukwu, PhD, has extended warm greetings to the people of the state while commending Governor Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, for his visible developmental strides across all parts of Abia.

In a goodwill message personally signed by him, Oko Chukwu described the new month as "a moment for renewal, reflection, and gratitude to God for His grace over Abia and its people.ÔÇØ

He prayed that the new month brings "peace, progress, and prosperity to every household in the state,ÔÇØ while urging Abians to continue working together towards building a greater and more united Abia.

The former Deputy Governor, who also served as Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly before becoming Deputy Governor from 2015 to 2023, praised Governor Otti for his "outstanding leadership and transformation drive touching all 17 local government areas.ÔÇØ

"Your leadership is truly making a difference,ÔÇØ he said, lauding the governor's passion for service, transparency, and people-oriented governance.

Oko Chukwu reaffirmed his personal commitment to the growth of Abia, pledging support for any initiative that will improve the welfare of the people and move the state forward.

"As someone who has served Abia in various capacities, I remain deeply committed to the progress of our dear state. I will always lend my voice and support to programs that advance our collective prosperity,ÔÇØ he said.

He concluded by wishing all Abians a happy and prosperous new month, praying for divine blessings, good health, and continuous progress for all residents of the state.
