In the ongoing football competition which has progressed to quarter-finals, on Sunday 31st January, 2021, Ikwun Ward (Ihechiowa) Defeated Isu Ward by 1 goal to nothing.

The quarter-final match was kicked off by 4:35pm and the first period ended goalless.

The first period ended by 5:16pm with 40 minutes of play time.

The second period started by 5:30pm after a 14minutes break with fresh energy and both teams were busy nullifying each other.

Sylvester Patrick of Ikwun ward broke the silence on goal 17 minutes into the second half to put his team on the part of qualification for the next round.

The match ended by 6:10pm with a score line of 1-0 in favour of Ikwun.
