UMUAHIA: YOU CANT BELIEVE WHAT ABIANS ARE SAYING CONCERNING THE DEVELOPMENT AT ISI-GATE (VIDEO ATTACHED)

Isi-Gate in Umuahia happens to be the heart of the city and for some years now, the place has always been known for clustered cars, tricycles and littered traders, which often restrains human and vehicle movements.

During the AFN Street Plus program, where we investigate with the intent to educate and inform, we discovered that the place has been cleared and Abians are excited about this latest decision by the Government.

For Comrade Ugochukwu Enwerem, the place use to be very unkept, but the Government has done well by clearing the environment. According to Comrd Ugochukwu, the new Umuahia North TC is really working hard.

Elder Onukwubiri said, it looks like the Government has started remembering what the people ought to enjoy. I had accident here at Isi- Gate on the 2nd March due to the unorganized nature of the environment. It is a good policy to organize the environment, he further encouraged the Government to maintain their decision. It is not an act of punishing people since the over sighted essence is geared towards the development of the State.

Some traders at Isi-Gate appreciated the Government for the decision to clear Isi-Gate, which according to them has contributed meaningfully to the economic growth of their businesses. WATCH VIDEO BELOW:
