With the highly anticipated 2023 elections barely nine months away, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate has lectured Lagos first class chiefs on how to benefit from his proposed administration.

According to the former Lagos state governor, getting a ''white cap'' from his administration requires firmness, prayers and steadfastness.
The Asiwaju of Lagos who addressed the chiefs upon returning to Lagos after winning the ruling party's presidential ticket said;

''White cap chiefs...If you want a white cap from the President, you have to be firm. It is not something funny. It is our time. This is not a funny thing. It is not something you can joke about. It is something that requires prayer. You have to be steadfast with your work. It will come to pass''
