Why Man Connived With Wife To Fake Kidnap In Abuja

A 35-year-old man has been arrested by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) police command for allegedly conniving with his wife to fake his kidnap.

The Police crack team discovered the suspect from a location in Abuja which he used as hideout.

According to report, the suspect and his wife planned the scheme to portray him as a kidnap victim and get his company to pay a ransom to the purported captors.

The police said the suspect alongside others, will soon be paraded by the FCT Commissioner of police, Bala Ciroma.
