The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Right Honourable Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, has described the victory of Dr. Alex Otti, Governor-Elect of Abia State, as well deserved.

The Speaker stated this in his congratulatory message to Dr Alex Otti following his declaration as the winner of the just concluded governorship election in the state.

While wishing the governor-elect a peaceful and successful reign, the Speaker urged him to see Abia as one and spread his lofty developmental ideas across the state.
