ABIA APGA CONFLICT: NNANNA UKAEGBU TRASHED AGAIN, APPEAL COURT DISMISSES HIS CASE

The Court of Appeal sitting in Owerri this afternoon dealt another blow to a Nnanna Ukaegbu and Chikwe Udensi's group . It dismissed the Appeal filed by Prince Nnanna Ukaegbu against the ruling of the Federal High Court in Umuahia .
Nnanna Ukaegbu has sought an order of the court to recognize him as the APGA chairman and for the court to order INEC to recognize his 2019 election candidate list as authentic one.

Based on the information gathered by AFN, if Nnanna Ukaegbu had succeeded in his appeal, candidates in his list would have submitted APGA candidates that won Houses of Assembly seats in Abia State and House of Representative seat.

The court awarded N100,000 cost against him.

The APGA team was led by Kenneth Ahia, SAN with Bethram Faotu and Precious Kalu, while Nnanna Ukaegbu was represented by the law firm of Afe Babalola , SAN from Abuja.
We shall inform our readers of developments . This is the fourth ruling against Nnanna Ukaegbu . Will he appeal to Supreme Court , only time will tell.
