Part of the programme lined up to be held at the ABIA CHRISTMAS VILLAGE FESTIVAL is the Okamgba wrestling competition.

The wrestling competition which is sponsored by the Undisputed Wrestling Champion of Champions Amb. Dr Osita Offor "Ultimate CommanderÔÇØ, will see amateur traditional wrestlers from the 17 local government areas lock horns for the grand prize of Two Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N200,000).

When asked why he decided to sponsor the wrestling competition, Ultimate Commander revealed that his passion for the growth of traditional wrestling and the need to support the ABIA CHRISTMAS VILLAGE FESTIVAL project are his drivers.

He assured the organizers that he would do more and equally talk to his friends and well-wishers to support the project because in the end the project would position Abia State properly and promote the state to the world positively.

While responding, the project coordinator Emenike Jason Iroegbu appreciated Amb. Dr. Osita Offor "Ultimate CommanderÔÇØ for his support towards the project and assured him that the event will be the biggest event ever to be held in Abia State.
