ABIA CHRISTMAS VILLAGE FESTIVAL: Carol Competition 25th December 2023

On the 25th of December 2023 which is the kick off day of the ABIA CHRITSMAS VILLAGE FESTIVAL, the Christmas Village will host the biggest ever Carol Competition in Abia State.

The Carol Competition which will witness more than 10 Choirs participating and competing against themselves will start around 5pm with other side attractions lined up.

The winning Choir will go home with N100, 000 cash, which is sponsored by the 2023 governorship candidate of the Action Alliance (AA) Onyekwere Akym Uche. While other participating choirs will be going home with consolation prizes.

Earlier before the Carol Competition, the official lighting of the Christmas Tree will be done and other activities.

The first ever ABIA CHRISTMAS VILLAGE FESTIVAL is billed to hold from the 25th to 31st December 2023 at the Trade More Event Center (Okpara Square) in Umuahia, Abia State.

While speaking with the Project Coordinator Emenike Jason Iroegbu, he called for more partners to support the programme and work towards its realization.
