Abia: Obingwa West Constituents Smile, As Nkoro Gifts Four Cars, Commissions Civic Center

Speaking at the event, Hon. Nkoro pointed that it is in line with his mandate of serving the people and giving back to the society that he built the fully equipped Conference center for a community in his Constituency, commissioned by Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, representing Abia South while the plaque was unveiled by Colonel Austin Akobundu.

According to him, one has to be responsible and responsive to the constituents.

Hon Nkoro stated; "I've always done Christmas for my Constituents but this year I had to add some of these landmark projects that will go beyond food which is easily forgotten".

In their separate remarks, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, representing Abia South, Hon Solomon Akpulonu, the majority Leader in the State House of Assembly, and Hon Michael Nwoke, Obingwa Local Government Chairman, amongst others, commended Hon Nkoro for the show of love to his constituents just as they urged those that didn't benefit to be patient until it gets to them.

The beneficiaries of the car gifts are; PDP Chairman, Obingwa LGA, Honorable Seth Agomuo, PDP Financial Secretary, Obingwa LGA, Mr Nnamdi Osuji, Ward 4 Chairman, Obingwa, Elder Holland Dinneya and Mr Okwubunka Mark.

Other items distributed include bags of rice and cash gifts to other Constituents.
