Ben Kalu at 54: Dr. Chima Anyaso Applauds His Leadership and Legacy

Prominent businessman, philanthropist, and political figure, Dr. Chima Desmond Anyaso, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to the Deputy Speaker of Nigeria's House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Barr. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, describing him as a "visionary legislator" and a "tireless advocate for peace, democracy and sustainable development" in the Southeast region.

In a goodwill message issued through his Special Assistant on Media, Gabriel Aguwa Paul, Dr. Anyaso lauded the Deputy Speaker's unwavering commitment to people-centered leadership and national transformation. He stated that Rt. Hon. Ben Kalu's impact, both at the national level and in his immediate constituency, Bende Federal Constituency, is a shining example of effective representation and political maturity.

Speaking on behalf of the Chima Anyaso Foundation and the Ofuji Movement, Dr. Anyaso emphasized that Kalu's service in the 10th National Assembly has been marked by legislative excellence, strategic vision, and an unrelenting pursuit of peace in a region long affected by instability.

He further noted that Ben Kalu's Peace in South East Project (PISE-P) has begun to create a non-violent roadmap to address deep-rooted security challenges in the region-an initiative that has earned him national and international recognition.
