Bende Pride: Hon. Chinasa Celebrates Commodore Kelechi Ndukwe's Historic Appointment

The people of Bende and Abia State have once again been thrown into celebration as one of their own, Commodore Kelechi Ndukwe, records another remarkable milestone in his distinguished military career. Hon.
