BREAKING: Dr Ngong becomes first Nigerian to receive COVID-19 vaccine

A frontline health worker at the National Hospital, Abuja Dr Cyprian Ngong, became the first Nigerian to receive a dose of the COVID-19 vaccine procured by the Federal Government.

He was among the first four officials at the hospital to receive the vaccine, which was announced by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 to be safe and efficacious.
