The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has on Thursday, barred the Danladi Umar-led Code of Conduct Tribunal from trying the Chief Justice of Nigeria, NJC, Walter Onnoghen.

A three-man panel of the court granted the interim order pending ruling on the Onnoghen's application for stay of proceedings.
