Abia State National Assembly Liaison Officer, Chief Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of victims involved in the tragic auto crash at Isieke, Umuahia. The devastating incident led to the loss of a brave officer from the Operation Crush security outfit and left several others injured.

In a statement issued on Thursday, Chief Chinasa expressed deep sorrow over the loss, acknowledging the selfless service of the deceased officer in safeguarding lives and property in Abia State.

"I am deeply saddened by this unfortunate incident. My thoughts and prayers are with the family of the fallen hero who sacrificed his life in the line of duty. I also extend my best wishes for a swift recovery to those injured," Chinasa said.

He commended the dedication and vigilance of the Operation Crush team, emphasizing their crucial role in maintaining security across the state. "Their unwavering commitment to protecting Abians does not go unnoticed. They deserve our support and appreciation," he added.

Chief Chinasa also called on the government and relevant authorities to enhance safety measures for security operatives on duty. He urged the people of Abia to continue showing solidarity with the families affected by the tragic accident.
