Chima Anyaso Applauds Governor Otti's Visionary Leadership, Says Abia Is Now a Model for Development

The leader of the Ofuji Movement and former Deputy Governorship Candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP), Dr. Chima Desmond Anyaso, has commended Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, for what he described as "a new era of purposeful leadership and visible transformationÔÇØ across the state.

Dr. Anyaso, who spoke shortly after the commissioning of several landmark projects by the Governor, said Otti's infrastructural strides have restored confidence in government and rekindled the hope of citizens in the dream of a New Abia.

Governor Otti had, within the week, commissioned the long-awaited reconstructed Port Harcourt Road in Aba, the newly completed Obohia Road, and the remodeled Michael Okpara Auditorium in Umuahia - projects that have been described as symbolic of his administration's determination to rebuild Abia's critical infrastructure after years of neglect.

Members of the Ofuji Movement turned out in large numbers to grace the ceremonies in Aba and Umuahia, a development observers say reflects the group's growing alignment with Otti's vision for an economically vibrant and infrastructurally modern Abia.

In his goodwill message, Dr. Anyaso said:

"The continuation of building and retrofitting these blueprint projects will stimulate economic growth in Abia State, attract investments, and create job opportunities for our people.ÔÇØ

He praised Governor Otti for keeping faith with his campaign promises and for demonstrating that leadership is about service delivery, not political rhetoric.

Dr. Anyaso noted that the newly commissioned roads and public facilities will ease transportation, boost commercial activities, and strengthen investor confidence in Aba and other parts of the state. He added that by focusing on sustainable infrastructure, the Otti administration is gradually positioning Abia as a hub of innovation, productivity, and prosperity in the South-East and beyond.

The philanthropist and industrialist emphasized that Abia's development trajectory under Governor Otti has become a reference point for other states seeking models of transparent governance and people-oriented projects.

"Governor Otti's approach is data-driven, strategic, and sustainable. He is not just repairing infrastructure; he is rebuilding the very foundation of our economic future,ÔÇØ he stated.
