The leadership of United Abia Artistes and Patriot Forum (UAAP), has described Chief Nwaka Inem 'Enyi OhaÔÇØ as an outstanding Abian and an enigma.

In a birthday felicitation message signed by UAAP President and General Secretary Amb.
