I Am Used To A Life Of Suffering' - Charlyboy Reacts To His Reported Leave From Nigeria

One of Nigeria's most controversial entertainer, Chukwuemeka Oputa, alias Charlyboy, has refuted his reported leave from Nigeria, saying that he is used to suffering and challenges and as such, cannot leave the country.

Charlyboy boasted that he did not leave the country for fear of President Muhammadu Buhari nor the economy, in an exclusive chat with DAILY POST on the state of the nation, adding that nobody can make him run away from Nigeria.

He noted that he is currently on vacation which will help him to re-strategize and reboot

Charlyboy said in both English and Pidgin English;

"Me, leave Nigeria to go to where? I'm on a well deserved vacation and I'm going home in a few weeks. I cannot live anywhere outside Nigeria. We will all live or die here. Nobody fit push me comot from papas land, god punish dem. Dem no reach samsam.

I am use to a life of suffering and challenges regardless of my spotless pedigree and my rich heritage.

You know when you stay in sh*t for too long, you start to smell like sh*t. Our environment has become very toxic, therefore, I needed to step out for a while to take a breath of fresh air, reset, re-strategize and reboot. I'll never run for anybody. We die here."
