Former Director of Operations Department of State Services (DSS) Chief Ray Nkemdirim MFR, has congratulated Governor-Elect Dr. Alex Otti OFR over the just concluded gubernatorial election in Abia State.
In a press release that was made available to ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER, Nkemdirim posited that Otti worked very hard to achieve the victory and he has no doubt that the governor-elect will equally work hard to justify the confidence that the people of Abia State have reposed in him.
