Isuikwuato Legislative Council Leader "Hon. Onuobia" Empowers Youth, Appoints Eloagu Chukwuebuka (Jaja) as Legislative Aide

The Leader of the Isuikwuato Local Government Legislative Council, Hon. Onuobia Ndukaku Felix, who represents Isuamawu Ward 4, has appointed a young and vibrant graduate, Eloagu Chukwuebuka Promise, fondly known as Jaja, as his Legislative Aide.

Speaking during the brief interaction that followed the appointment, Hon. Ndukaku said the decision was both an act of empowerment and a deliberate effort to groom young leaders for future administrative and legislative responsibilities.

According to him, "this appointment is not just a political gesture, but a platform for mentorship. My aim is to expose young minds to the realities of legislative service and help them build capacity for greater responsibilities in the future."

He advised the newly appointed aide to remain focused, disciplined, and dedicated, emphasizing that his new position should be used to gather valuable experience that would shape his future engagements.

The newly appointed aide, Eloagu Chukwuebuka Promise (Jaja), hails from Amabo Ụmụama Eluama in Isuikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State. A graduate of Mass Communication from Abia State University, Jaja's appointment is widely seen as a recognition of merit, hard work, and community service.

Having attended Eluama Community and Central Schools before proceeding to Eluama Secondary School where he obtained his SSCE in 2017, Jaja's story reflects humility, perseverance, and commitment.

Beyond academics, he has shown leadership capacity in both church and community activities. He currently serves as the Youth President of the Methodist Cathedral Circuit and Programme Director of the Methodist Youth Fellowship in Isuikwuato Diocese, as well as Financial Secretary of the Eluama Youth Association (Home Branch).

Described by peers as dedicated, honest, reserved, and focused, Jaja represents a growing class of young leaders from Isuikwuato who are passionate about development and positive representation.

His appointment, many say, highlights Hon. Ndukaku's commitment to inclusive leadership and his vision to empower the next generation of Isuikwuato leaders.
