NAFDAC Release List Of Adulterated Alcoholic Drinks Bad For Human Consumption
The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) is alerting the general public about adulterated lots of Japata Alcoholic Bitters 100 ml (all variants) produced by Chigodson International Company Limited, No. 30 Edegbami Offor Street, off Destiny Bus Stop, Isheri-Oshun Street, Alimosho LGA, Lagos State.

NAFDAC investigated consumer complaints received on Japata Alcoholic Bitters 100ml. During the investigation, the site of production was visited. Samples of the products were collected from the production site and different market locations and sent to NAFDAC Laboratory for analysis. The result of laboratory analysis shows that the products are adulterated, unwholesome and not fit for human consumption.
