NCC: See Punishment For Cyber Bullying, Harassment, Intimidation

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), has educated the public on the punishment associated with cyber bullying, stalking, harassment, and intimidation according to the Cyber crime Act 2015.

The Commission charged internet users to dissociate from cyber stalking others to avoid paying penalty.

The NCC is the Independent Regulatory Body for the telecom industry in Nigeria.

According to the Act, culprits can face up to 10 years imprisonment or N25,000,000Million or both.

Also, on " offences related to Critical Nation Information Infrastructure," culprits risks " up to 10 years in jail without an option of fine".
