Nigerian Hilda Baci Becomes New Guiness World Record Holder For Longest Cooking Time
Nigerian chef, Hilda Effiong Bassey, popularly known as Hilda Baci, has achieved her dream as she has broken the Guinness World Record for the "longest cooking marathon by an individualÔÇØ.

Baci had on Thursday, May 11, 2023 by 4pm embarked on the cooking spree which lasted till Monday, May 15, 2023.
As at this morning, Baci has cooked for 87 hours, 50 minutes and running. She has beaten an Indian chef, Lata Tondon who became the record holder in 2019.

The Nigerian chef who have continued to receive support and cheer by Nigerians including dignitaries, aims at hitting 96 hours of cooking different meals.

Some dignitaries who have visited Baci, an indigene of Akwa Ibom state, include; governor Sanwo Olu of Lagos state, Senator Godswill Akpabio, among others.
