The spirit of philanthropy and community love was once again on full display as Dr. Chima Desmond Anyasọ, fondly known as Ofuji, chose to celebrate his 45th birthday not with grandeur but with a visit to the Abia State University Teaching Hospital (ABSUTH) School of Nursing, Aba.

In a heartfelt gesture, Dr. Anyasọ donated bags of rice, cash, and wrappers to the nursing students, emphasizing his belief in giving back to the community that shaped him. The atmosphere was filled with gratitude and joy as students and staff welcomed him warmly.

"I just wanted to mark my birthday here with you all. God has given me the power, the resources, and the opportunity to give back. I was born and raised in Aba, and if Aba could produce me, it can produce many more great people, including all of you here today.ÔÇØ

Highlighting the importance of the nursing profession, he described nurses as the "heartbeat of healthcareÔÇØ, stressing that while their rewards await in heaven, they also deserve recognition and appreciation here on earth.
