President Buhari Lands Ebonyi On Official Duty
The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has landed Ebonyi for a two-day official visit.

Accompanied by the state governor, David Umahi of Ebonyi and other top tier government officials, the President arrived at about 11:15 am on Thursday, 5th May,2022.

The helicopter carrying the president with registration number: 5N-FG1 landed on the pavilion inside the governor's residence in his hometown, Uburu, Ohaozara Local Government Area of the state.
The official duty will evolve around addressing pressing matters and commissioning multiple infrastructure projects across the state.

The ultra-modern King David University of Medical Sciences, Uburu, adjourning roads and flyover and the newly constructed presidential lounge Abakaliki are on the list of projects to be inaugurated by the president.

The president is also expected to inaugurate the ultra-modern Ebonyi international shopping mall, facilities at the newly constructed government house.

Meanwhile, security across the state had been beefed up with relevant security agencies assuring the public of adequate protection of lives and property.
