Honourable Okoro in appreciation to God for a successful two years in office, also hosted thanksgiving of praise at his country home in Alayi, which was graced by personalities from all walks of life.

Speaking at the event, the chairman of the occasion, Chief John Okiyi Kalu, the honourable commissioner for trade and investment in Abia state, lauded PUO for considering it necessary to return thanks to God for his goodness to he and his family. The commissioner prayed that the new baby will make the Okoro's family and Abia proud.
