See How To Report PoS Operators Charging Above N200 To CBN
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has released emergency telephone numbers where Nigerians could report Point of Sales (PoS) agents charging above N200 for withdrawals of amounts up to N10,000.

The Director, CBN Governor's Department, Mr Joseph Omayuku, who was briefing newsmen in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital on Tuesday, encouraged Nigerians to file a complaint to the CBN via the number 07002255226; Telephone Ext: 711025 - 7; contactcbn@cbn.gov.ng and its social media handles.

The scarcity of the new naira notes has made PoS operators to charge as much as N3,000 for N10,000 withdrawal of the new notes.
