THE LINK BETWEEN THE SHAPE OF FOOD AND BODY ORGANS

Every child knows from an early age the mantra - 'You are what you eat'. But there is a deeper and more concrete links between what we eat and our body and health? If you study a little more detailed which foods are good for the health of certain body parts and how they look, you can get to very interesting conclusions.
