Umuahia South On Fire, Paul Nwabuisi Accuses Abia SSG Of Being A Tyrant

The former assistant legal adviser of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Abia State, Barr. Paul Nwabuisi has stated that the Secretary to the State Government in Abia State, Barrister Chris Ezem is a tyrant. He made this comment while speaking with AF NEWS after his formal defection from PDP to APC that held on 12th February 2021 at Umuahia South Local Government Area.

He accused the SSG of hijacking the party and overseeing the affairs of the party in Umuahia South with impunity. He further stated that the SSG does not have good intentions for Umuahia South which is why he decided to abandon PDP for APC.

He further revealed how the SSG unilaterally disbanded Ubakala Improvement Union Federated even when the tenure of the executive members have not elated.

He revealed that his reasons for joining APC was because in APC his views will be accepted and also being a man of principle, APC has principled people and people who believe in due process and good governance. He said that PDP has failed Abians and its now time for APC to come in and bring smile to the face of the people.

When AF NEWS contacted the SSG Barrister Chris Ezem, he debunked the allegation as regards dissolving Ubakala Improvement Union federated unilaterally. He stated that no one man can dissolve a town union and that elections held before the new leadership of the union were produced.

He further revealed that Barrister Paul Nwabuisi has no political weight and that his movement to APC is inconsequential and of no effect. The SGG stated that Nwabuisi has always been involved in anti party activities and his movement finally reveals that fact.
