Why DSS Stormed SERAP Office in Abuja: Inside Story

In a surprising move, operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) stormed the office of the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) in Abuja on Monday, causing a stir within the human rights community.
